If you're as busy as Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited winner Slater Young, who leads a fast-paced life, your health should never be taken for granted.

Getting sick is not actually an option especially that there are ways to prevent it.

1. Drink at least "2.7 liters" of water a day.

According to National Academy of Sciences's Institute of Medicine in the U.S., men should have an adequate intake of 3.7 liters, while women should drink at least 2.7 liters.

But Barbara Rolls, professor of nutrition sciences at the Pennsylvania State University, underscored, "Water requirements depend so much on outside temperature, activity levels and other factors that there isn't one rule that fits everybody..."

2. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

But of course, according to, "if you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more."

3. Eat right.

In the case of Slater, he makes "smarter and healthier choices," which includes his daily dose of "resistance-building" Vitamin C through Oishi Smart C+.

Would you believe it has the required 500mg per day?

As Slater put it, “Why just drink to refresh when you can also drink to get your daily dose of Vitamin C?"

Plus, it comes in three flavors: Lemon Squeeze, Orange Crush, and Pomelo Grapefruit.
