In celebration of its 25th year in the country, Giordano Philippines tapped singer-composer Rico Blanco to front their latest campaign, which is skewed towards uniting everyone though music.
The company’s vice president for marketing Bea Lim explained, “With Filipinos’ love affair with music, we knew that the best way to make them listen is through a song.
“And what better way to make this message heard from Rico Blanco.”
Rico headlined the music fest held last July 4, at the activity center of Glorietta 2, Makati City, where he also launched the brand's single and running credo, "World Without Strangers."
The musician said, “The song is inspired by Giordano’s vision of a borderless world where people walk hand in hand and celebrate life as one.”
Aside from Rico, bands such as Up Dharma Down, Callalily, Gracenote, Franco, Urbandub, to name a few, performed at the music fest.
