Iya Villania may not be your everyday vogue-ish fashionista, but when she dresses up, heads turn.
She shared her spruce-up habits with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) last November 5 during the Versace Jeans Fall/Winter 2014 fashion show at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong City.
“It’s just recently that I started attending events. Kasi medyo ayoko, tamad ako mag-ayos. Kasi for work, I always fix myself up, and so during my free time I kinda just keep it simple, keep it rugged, in my shorts, in my denims, in my sando, so effort para sa akin mag-ayos," she said.
“But of course once in a while, nagti-trip din ako na mag-ayos... that’s why I’m here. Yes, it’s also a nice opportunity to see friends."
Iya shared tips on how to look neat and pretty.
“I like to just keep it clean and bold. So like kunwari, I kept my lips bold today, but I kept it crisp and mabango tignan sa damit. Pero bold yung lips ko,” she said.
Iya also said she tries not to let dressing up consume too much of her time.
