MULTI WHEEL. Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. has officially launched their newest offering, the Tricity Leaning Multi Wheel (LMW) bike, on January 24 and 25 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.
Some celebrities—Matteo Guidicelli, Jessy Mendiola, James Reid, Gaby dela Merced, Iya Villania, and Drew Arellano—had the chance to give the three-wheeled motorbike a spin.
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press, James was impressed.
He said, “It’s really different. I’ve never have been in anything like this before, a vehicle like this.
“It was really... Actually, it was pretty easy to learn.

Matteo seconded, “The price is really reasonable, it’s 146,000 pesos so it’s very reasonable.
“And I think sa Philippine market, I hope it’s gonna do well because 'di ba lahat ng Pinoy mahilig mag-commute with motorbike?
"So I think this is a really good motorbike for everybody.”
During the launch, Jessy and James also treated the fans with a special song number.
The actress performed Bruno Mars’s “Locked Out Of Heaven,” while James rendered his version of Magic’s chart-topping hit “Rude.”
FIFTY PLUS! Meanwhile, De La Salle University basketball player Thomas Torres was recently introduced as Globe Telecom’s newest brand ambassador for their Prepaid category.
PEP went behind-the-scenes during Thomas’s recent viral video shoot at the Globe Tower in Bonifacio Global City.
Before the shoot, Thomas introduced the telecom’s GoSurf50 data promo for prepaid customers, who can now enjoy three days of surfing all the sites they want up to 250MB, including access to premium content such as the NBA League Pass, Wattpad, Spotify, and Piso Mall.
Thomas told PEP, “As one of the newest brand ambassador of Globe, I’d like to share my passion in basketball.

The DLSU basketball team’s point guard revealed that his favorite feature is the NBA League Pass.
Thomas said, “Actually with NBA League Pass, I check it every day to update with scores, the highlights of the games, the points of the players, rebounds, and everything."
Thomas named the Brooklyn Nets as his favorite NBA team, while Deron Williams as his favorite basketball player.
When asked if Thomas if ready to go back to court for the 78th season of UAAP, he confidently answered, “100% ready!”
Thomas suffered a fracture during the DLSU-ADMU game last season at the Araneta Coliseum.
However, the 20-year-old player assured his fans that he is now in good shape.
He said, “My injury is better now. I don’t feel anything anymore and it feel like it’s stronger now."
