Heart Evangelista says she and future husband Chiz Escudero chose to be practical when it came to their expenses for the wedding, which is set to happen at 4 P.M. today.

Heart Evangelista's life goes back to normal after her wedding today, February 15, at Balesin Island Club.

“You know before, there is this mentality na once you get married, tapos na yung career mo.

“But yet, next week, I'll also be doing something too."

Though she will be more picky when it comes to accepting roles, she can still be seen on WeddingsTV on GMA News TV, Startalk, and Sunday All Stars.

Smiling, she tells (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the launch of her recent endorsement, "I'll be having a soap very soon, so sana abangan niyo yan sa GMA."

TIPS FOR BRIDES-TO-BE. Getting married soon?

If you cannot find a groom as hands-on as Senator Chiz Escudero, Heart shares two pieces of advice that may come in handy.

First, “Just enjoy every moment, minsan kasi kapag natataranta, nakakalimutan mo, sayang yung moment.

"So ine-enjoy ko lang yun every day where it gets closer and closer to the day…”

Second, “More than the fashion and more than everything about getting married, you always have to think that it’s just one day.

“ So be as practical as possible because you have the rest of your life to prepare for.

“You have to really keep that in mind.

“Kasi sometimes, you get so excited. Like me, I’m so excited. Yun ang mas importante—preparing for your life after that day.”
