The YES! wedding special retells the love stories of Aiza Seguerra and Liza Diño, Bianca Gonzalez and JC Intal, Amy Perez and Carlo Castillo, Chito Miranda and Neri Naig, Joross Gamboa and Katz Saga, and AJ Eigenmann and Rosetti Robles.

After giving readers the exclusive and extensive coverage of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera’s royal nuptial last February, YES! Magazine now presents a set of six weddings this merry month of March.

The wedding special retells the love stories of Aiza Seguerra and Liza Diño, Bianca Gonzalez and JC Intal, Amy Perez and Carlo Castillo, Chito Miranda and Neri Naig, Joross Gamboa and Katz Saga, and AJ Eigenmann and Rosetti Robles.

It also showcases highlights and details from each couple’s altar date.

Aiza Seguerra, a former child star and now a seasoned musician and thespian, and Liza Diño, a former beauty queen who has proven her mettle as a chef, dancer, and actress, tied the knot in a civil ceremony on December 8, 2014, in San Francisco, California, U.S.A.

They also exchanged vows in a symbolic wedding ceremony on January 8, 2015, at the Parasol Resort in San Juan, Batangas.

“Perfectionist and idealist kasi ako, e, which is a tough combination,” Aiza said, adding that he went through a string of failed relationships before he met Liza.

For her part, Liza admitted that she was about to give up on love when Aiza came into her life: “With Aiza, I find it so amazing na ’yong mga bagay na normally siguro winalkoutan na ng tao sa akin, e kaya niyang i-handle.”

Popular TV host Bianca Gonzalez and professional basketball player JC Intal got married on December 4, 2014, at Lagen Island in El Nido, Palawan.

The wedding happened nine months after JC proposed to Bianca at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, just before she boarded a flight to London, England.

Bianca recalled JC’s proposal with fondness: “I actually didn’t say ‘yes.’ I remember I said, ‘Of course, yes.’ We would talk about the future in general, but we never really talked about marriage. I knew in the time we were together that I was in this relationship to be for keeps, hopefully. At our age, we weren’t looking for pa-date-date lang na relasyon, we were both looking to find life partners. We luckily did.”

Amy Perez, a co-host in the ABS-CBN programs Umagang Kay Ganda and The Singing Bee, and Carlo Castillo, a TV reporter at News5, became a lawfully wedded couple in a Christian ceremony held on November 12, 2014, at The Mango Farm in Antipolo City.

It was Amy’s second trip to the altar, and it happened 16 years after she separated from her ex-husband, musician Brix Ferraris, and just over a year after she got her annulment papers.

She admitted to YES! that she had accepted her fate as a single mom before she met Carlo, who won her over by his real love and pure intentions.

She also credited her now-husband with being the “simplifier” of her hectic and harried life. “Natuto akong rumelax. May nag-aalaga sa akin. Natuto ako na hindi mo kailangan ng masyadong magarbong buhay para maging maligaya.”

Musician Chito Miranda and actress Neri Naig had a civil wedding on December 13, 2014, at Vask restaurant in Taguig City, and a garden ceremony the following day at Angelfields Nature Sanctuary in Tagaytay City.

The couple had weathered a few storms in their relationship, the biggest of which happened in August 2013, when a private video showing the two of them sharing intimate moments surreptitiously surfaced on the Net and went viral.

“Sobrang bagsak, ako lalo,” Neri said of those trying times. Thankfully, she and Chito survived the storm, and they became stronger than ever.

Actor Joross Gamboa and commercial model Katz Saga were pronounced husband and wife on November 29, 2014, at Fernbrooks Gardens in Las Piñas City.

Joross expressed the belief that it is their faith in God that has made his relationship with Katz stronger. “Siya ang nagdala at nagpatibay,” he said.

Katz couldn’t agree more: “Medyo alam na namin ’yong love language with each other.”

AJ Eigenmann, the third and youngest son of actors Michael de Mesa and Gina Alajar, met and married Rosetti Robles in Las Vegas, U.S.A., where AJ has been working as a licensed veterinary technician, and Rosetti, in the real estate field.

Because they wanted to celebrate with friends and the rest of their relatives, who are mostly in the Philippines, they also had a religious wedding on the beach on November 10, 2014, at Pico de Loro in Nasugbu, Batangas.

YES! Magazine’s March 2015 issue also features Celestine, the hit concert celebrating Toni Gonzaga’s 15 years in showbiz, and 2 ½ Daddies, the TV5 sitcom starring the brothers Robin Padilla, Rommel Padilla, and BB Gandanghari.

Plus: the debut party of Athena Bautista, the pretty daughter of Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista and businesswoman Tates Gana; the Hologram concert of singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose; the U.K trip of Kapuso star Jackie Rice; and a lot more!
