Make That Change Now noong April 12, sa Robinsons Magnolia, nagkuwento ang aktres tungkol sa ginawa niyang pagpapapayat.
“Actually it came after I lost weight.
“Kasi when I lost the weight, it was purely for vanity’s sake, which was okay, it was a motivation."
Kapag weekend, kakain ako, I’ll throw it up. Ganun yun, bulimia.
“It was very hard.
“Hindi readily available ang information at ang sources of inspiration and motivation to do this.
“Unlike nowadays, you check Instagram, there are so many people posting on their lifestyle change journey.
“I’m so amazed. Sa Instagram, I follow fashion blogger because they inspire me.
“I don’t have tight skin the way… honestly, I want to have it but since I don’t, will I gonna kill myself for it?
“I used to hate it. Hindi mo nga ako makikitang naka-sleeveless noong baguhan ako.
“Ngayon, wala akong pakialam. If somebody judges me for my imperfection, there’s something wrong with them and how they look at life.
“It is not my problem. I have done my part and I’m very happy with myself.
“If you’re not happy with what you see, then look at another person.”
POSITIVE.
“Hindi pa rin ako naging happy, nothing that I did made me love myself.
“Because everything that I did was actually me telling myself, I was not enough, ‘di ba?"
“And it was just a few years ago that I started [having] a positive lifestyle, but hindi pa yung positive mindset.
"Siguro mga past two, three years, talagang I’ve been trying to love myself.
“And If I gain a little weight, I’m trying to tell myself na, 'Don’t get mad at yourself.'
“Just know na you can do something.”
