Sarah Geronimo says she will never be seen wearing very sexy outfits in public: “Hindi ko talaga nakasanayan 'yon. Mabuti na 'yong you're being you, hindi ka nagko-conform sa style ng iba.”

The word “fierce” is not new to Sarah Geronimo since she has this kind of attitude when performing in her concerts and in ABS-CBN's Sunday afternoon show ASAP.

However, the Popstar Princess still seems a bit shy whenever people describe her as "sexy," especially that the term is usually related to wearing skimpy outfit and showing more skin.

In fact, Sarah does not see herself wearing such clothes when she's not performing.

“Hindi po kasi ganun ang personality ko, e,” Sarah said in an interview recently.

“Alam ko na mai-improve pa 'yong katawan ko by working out and eating healthier.

“Pero hindi, e. Hindi ko talaga nakasanayan 'yon. Mabuti na 'yong you're being you, hindi ka nagko-conform sa style ng iba.”

Thus, Sarah is grateful that her new endorsement, JAG Jeans, is redefining the new sexy.

“Nakakatuwa na ganito ang klase ng campaign na meron ang JAG ngayon, redefining sexy, na you don't have to reveal too much skin to be sexy.

“Parang redefining lang, parang body contouring lang.

“Kumportable ka pa gumalaw at saka 'yong texture and fabric, makaka-move ka freely,” said Sarah describing the jeans she was wearing during her launch as the brand's new endorser.

She's also proud to represnet the brand.

“Ngayon, parang representative naman ako ng mga Filipina na pwedeng maging sexy kahit hindi ka long-legged or hindi ka blonde.

“Nandidiyan ang Jag jeans to make you look sexier, with their new innovations that redifines the body.”

ADD CONFIDENCE. Of course, to feel sexier, Sarah said, it's also important to always feel confident.

“It's a state of mind. 'Yong confidence kasi kailangan mo siya i-imbibe.

“Kailangan mo siyang ilagay sa puso mo, sa utak mo.

“Hindi ibig sabihin na, 'Ang ganda-ganda ko, sobra.' Hindi ganun, e.

"It's acceptance—accepting who you are and all your imperfections,” Sarah related to the media.

She also stressed in the end, “Importante rin na alam mo ang strengths mo, ang edge mo, kung ano ang meron ka na wala ang iba, what makes you special.”
