What James Reid and Liza Soberano do with their money

In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the YAZZ Travaganza event held in SM Mall of Asia, both stars have the same finacial management formula: save, invest, and, once in a while, splurge.

James said, “Well, what I have in mind is, as long as I can take care of the people I need to take care of, then I am okay."

He adds, “For now, it’s just save, save, save.

“Well actually I’ve been so busy lately, so I haven’t spent many.

“I haven’t yet enjoyed the fruits of my labor. But one day I will, when I feel that I am stable enough.”

Still, James has previously rewarded himself with expensive clothes and two cars.

Liza, for her part, loves spoiling not just herself but her family as well.

“I bought a house, I bought a van. I buy stuff for my family.”

She also likes buying branded shoes!

“Kasi yun yung mostly ginagamit ng mga artista.

“Basta kung kailangan ko lang, dun ko lang siya binibili. But I really don’t just buy stuff just because I want to."

Hence, shopping, according to Liza, entails a bit of planning.

“Basta, lagi ka magpa-plan ahead.

“Make a list.

“Budget what are you going to buy para hindi ka ma-over spend."
