Five things Kylie Verzosa must sacrifice before Miss International pageant

Kylie Versoza is a member of Professional Models Association of the Philippines (PMAP), and has done ramp and print modeling.

One doesn’t wake up with an instant beauty-queen physique.

Bb. Pilipinas International Kylie Verzosa, for instance, has to "work doubly hard" to achieve her fitness goals.

On May 25, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) was able to catch up with her during the launch of SaladStop! at Electric Studio, 8 Forbes Town Road, Bonifacio Global City.

The 24-year-old stunner revealed how she's been preparing for the Miss International pageant on October 27, 2016.

GYM THRICE A WEEK. Kylie does a lot of weights, cycling, and “I make sure to move every day. I do many things. I do a lot of cardio.”

EATING RIGHT. Diet plays crucial.

She said, “I believe in the power of diet. I follow the 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise rule.”

Though Kylie loves baking cupcakes and brownies for her family and friends, she has been “avoiding sugar, wheat, lutein, salt, and carbs or any bread for that matter."

But a must in her daily meal is “make sure to have protein..."

Plus, “Add color to your food. I try to eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables.”

Most importantly, “Drink lots of water and green tea. It will help a lot.”

Lastly, it is equally important to get enough rest.

“Be sure to get seven to eight hours of sleep.”

Discipline, she said, is the key.

Do all these “until it has become your lifestyle."
