Liza Soberano felt like a princess when she spent her birthday in Japan.
Turning 19 on January 4, the Kapamilya actress treated herself and her family to a fun-filled adventure in Tokyo Disney Sea.
This weekend, Liza posted on her social media accounts a few lines from the song “A Whole New World,” the theme song of Disney animated movie, Aladdin.
On Instagram, she posted the lines as a caption for her picture in front of the Arabian Coast port of the popular theme park.
"Unbelievable sights/ Indescribable feelings/ Soaring, tumbling, free-wheeling through an endless diamond sky.
"Thank you to everyone who greeted me on my birthday, you guys never fail to amaze me."
This post caught the attention of none other than the Filipino Broadway Diva Lea Salonga, who was also the singing voice of Princess Jasmine in Aladdin.
On Twitter, Lea wrote, “Nice quote.”

Some netizens noticed this exchange of tweets between Lea and Liza, and pointed out that the two stars have one thing in common: the name Agnes.
Lea’s role was named Agnes in the 1995 blockbuster romantic movie Sana Maulit Muli with Aga Muhlach.
Liza’s character was also named Agnes in the 2014 ABS-CBN teleserye Forevermore.
