Today, the Master Rapper's 1995 hit is revived, featuring Elmo Magalona, the late rapper's 19-year-old son, singing with Francis. The song's restored music video presents Francis M. performing next to Elmo. This was made possible, of course, by astounding modern technology.
Behind the revival are Pia Magalona and her kids Maxene, Saab, Frank, Elmo, Clara and Arkin— all of whom were present at the launch of the video on May 23, Thursday at the 7th High bar at The Fort. The effort was meant as an advance Father's Day gift of the Magalonas for Francis.
