It was a night of funny skits, hilarious and satirical jokes, plus a death-defying performance all rolled into one concert, with BB Gandanghari and John Sweet Lapus sharing centerstage.
Titled "Beauty and The Sweet," the two-night concert was held at the Music Museum, Greenhills, San Juan City, last August 2 and 3, 2013.
On its second night, the show was like a family reunion for the Padillas, who came to watch and support BB.
Those who came to cheer for BB included brother Robin Padilla, with his wife Mariel Rodriguez, Mommy Eva Cariño, niece Bela Padilla, with their other siblings, cousins, and friends.
One of that night's highlights was BB's heart-stopping aerial art dance.
Spotted at the event were Roderick Paulate, Dolly Ann Carvajal, Maricar de Mesa, and Pops Fernandez, who produced the show.
