Having basketball as a hobby came quite handy for Gerald Anderson when he decided to organize a charity event for the benefit of the scholars of HERO Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides aid to the children of fallen soldiers.
Gerald came up with the idea of inviting his celebrity friends to play a friendly—yet intensely competitive—basketball match at the Makati Coliseum on September 1, all for the benefit of HERO scholars.
