The spirit of love, warmth and sharing abound as Yuletide season nears. But with the calamities that have struck the Philippines, the sharing component of the celebration has turned into a need.
The Ayala Malls are all set to celebrate Christmas with activities aimed to rekindle joy and at the same time raise funds for the victims of the Super Typhoon Yolanda.
Most stellar of these activities is aptly named "Stars of Joy"—a series of mall concerts that will bring together male celebrities and OPM artists and entertainers.
Directed by Philippine theater's Audie Gemora, the show will feature Piolo Pascual, Sam Milby, Martin Nievera, Kuh Ledesma, Joanna Ampil, and the Steps Dancers, who will be at the kick-off at the Glorietta Activity Center on November 19, Tuesday, at 6:30 pm.
The mall series, which will also feature Sam Concepcion and Tom Rodriguez, will take place in the following locations: The Abreeza Mall Activity Center on November 15; Marquee Mall Park on November 23; Trinoma Activity Center on November 24; Ayala Center Cebu Activity Center on November 30; Alabang Town Center's Corte on December 7; Market Market! Activity Center on December 8, and Centrio Mall in Cagayan De Oro on December 15.
