Jennylyn Mercado initially had one requirement for her home: the master bedroom must have ample space for her many belongings.
In 2014, the Kapuso actress began house hunting, and got some help from her manager, Becky Aguila.
They found this house and lot somewhere in Quezon City.
Jennylyn told YES!, "Sabi ko, okey, perfect siya. Kasi gusto ko lang naman ng medyo malaki. 'Tapos, 'yong kuwarto, importante sa akin 'yong kuwarto na malaki, kasi marami akong gamit.
"Ayun, no'ng nakita ko 'yong master bedroom, okay na ako dito."
But it was not yet her dream house.
The 29-year-old actress/triathlete said, "Kung dream house ko kasi, gusto ko may lap pool na mahaba, kahit thirty meters, ganyan.
"Para nakakapag-training na rin ako sa loob ng bahay. Hindi na ako lalabas pa."
