Are you bothered by your double chin?

Nagiging concern ito usually tuwing magpapa-picture. Kailangan kasing humanap ng anggulo para hindi gaanong halata.

But if you have submental fat (ang medical term para sa double chin) because of weight gain, kelangang tanggalin ang "processed foods" at mga pagkaing high in carbohydrates sa diet mo.

Another cause is age. Habang tumatanda ka kasi, nawawala ang natural elasticity ng skin, kaya nagkakaroon ka ng loose fat.

Pero even the young ones can have it. Isa rin kasing factor sa pagkakaroon nito ay genes, so depende sa facial shape ng parents mo.

But whether it's excess fat or excess skin or both, kung gusto mo siyang mawala, here are your options.

HOW TO GET RID OF DOUBLE CHIN THROUGH NECK EXERCISES?

Wala pa gaanong scientific research tungkol sa epekto ng mga exercises na ito sa pagpapaliit ng baba, but there is no harm in trying.

Ayon sa Medical News Today, since specific to chin area ang mga muscles na ita-target, those who tried them claimed that the fats were burned.

1. Warm up: Around the world

Simple lang ito. I-rotate nang dahan-dahan ang ulo in a clockwise, circular motion. After four rotations, i-reverse ang direction.

Gawin din ito sa jaw, from right to left direction. Gawin nang apat na beses.

2. Kiss the sky

Tumayo nang matuwid, i-tilt back ang ulo at tumingin sa kisame. Kiss the sky, stretching the muscles throughout the neck and chin. Gawin ito for five to 20 seconds, uliting ng 10 to 15 times per set.

3. Squeeze the ball

Puwedeng gawin ito nang nakaupo. Ilagay ang squeeze ball na five to 10 inches ang diamteter sa baba, gamit ang baba, push it down 10 to 30 times.

CAN GUM CHEWING MAKE THE DOUBLE CHIN GO AWAY?
