Marian Rivera has a new hairstyle, which she showed on Instagram last Wednesday, July 4, 2021.
In preparation for a photo shoot, Marian had a mini makeover and a haircut with full bangs courtesy of her hairstylist Vien Nueva.
The 36-year-old Kapuso actress wrote in the caption of her post: "Switching it up a little with this new ‘do [heart emoji]"

Marian has also uploaded the latest photos of her daughter Zia who's now sporting a hairstyle that matches her mom's.
In the photos, the five-year-old looks cutesy with her bangs parted in the middle.

About Marian's new look, Vien told PEP.ph PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in an Instagram interview, "Every now and then, I want to try a different hairstyle for Marian.
"I want to show her beauty even more by showing various styles. The good thing, Marian is open and willing to try something different.

"Just like what happened in this shoot. She didn’t have any particular instructions in regards to the hairstyle. I told her the plan and go naman siya agad."
Vien said his inspiration for the look was Anastasia Steele, the lead character in the hit movie trilogy Fifty Shades played by Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson.
He elaborated, "She looked pretty and lovely in her famous film series, Fifty Shades.
"That’s where I got the idea for this hairstyle. It just so happened that the outfit and makeup suited nicely the overall look."
How to achieve Marian's hairstyle? Vien offered some tips.
He suggested, "For a technical tip, I would suggest, hand-blown dry hair. You can achieve this style by applying the texturizing spray, and it will maintain the volume.
"As a friendly advice naman, if you want to try it, JUST DO IT! This hairstyle is for all.
"It looks good with any type or shape of the face. And in reality, there’s no right or wrong on how to do this style.
"As long you feel pretty and confident, it’ll still look fabulous on you!"
