Ever heard of the "purest exosomes"?
Cosmetic surgeon Young Seob Lee, M.D., Ph.D., says they are excellent at tissue regeneration, regulating inflammation and immune response, and early wound maturation.
Avignon Clinic's Exo-50, a non-invasive and anti-aging treatment, targets acne, acne scars, atopic dermatitis, chronic eczema, melasma, and even stretch marks, among other skin concerns.
What is the treatment like?

TargetCool
This boosting nodule machine spreads and achieves maximum coverage of the dermal layer.
Dr. Lee demonstrates how to incorporate TargetCool in the treatment procedure.
Using optimum cooling technology, it provides a cooling, breezy comfort, which is best for injection-based or intravenous procedures, such as Botox and lip fillers.
The volunteer initially rates the level of pain from Botox a nine out of ten.
With TargetCool, the level dramatically decreases to a three out of ten.
What makes it more plausible is that effects are visible within a few seconds of application.

The second method is through micro-needling using a device called Dr. Pen, which aims to tighten, lift, and rejuvenate skin.

Finally, the treatment can also be done with fine special needles that help target the skin at precise depths.

SIDE EFFECTS?
Dr. Lee has not encountered any trouble with the treatments so far.
"Not complication, not side effects, but we have to follow the rules. Until now, I use over 500 vials of exosomes by myself and my friends also," he says.
Dr. Lee reveals that he works with 10 other specialists on the treatment, and they hall swear there are no grave side effects.
"But sometimes, I'm also very scared. Because some effects, I cannot imagine. Even though melasma and eczema, I could not expect [from] the photo research.
"But during the skin port, I have the evaluation tools, so I try but I still couldn't."
He further clarifies, "Exosome is just the carrier, so it does not give any big complications.
"Another thing, we escape from the complications, exactly [because of] pure exosome.
"Stem cells excrete the exosome—it excretes the small particles into three kinds, one is the exosome, another is endosome, last one is apoptotic particle.
"What prevents any complications, the most important thing is pure exosome."
MAINTENANCE
When it comes to the frequency of getting the Exo-50 treatment, Clinical Training Manager Dr. Mike Lee gives a brief explanation.
"...takes 3-4 weeks depending on the skin condition. So it really depends on the patient's age and skin condition. But a loading of twice every two weeks in the first month, and maintenance of once a month treatment is recommended."
Like most aesthetic procedures, effects last depending on how often the patient goes through the treatment.
