Gabbi Garcia is one busy gal, both in and out of showbiz!
After launching Meat Up with real-life beau Khalil Ramos last year, Gabbi has expanded her portfolio of business ventures this year.
Focusing mainly on the beauty industry, the Kapuso actress first partnered with hairstylist Mark Anthony Rosales to open a Marqed Salon in Bonifacio Global City.

She also joined the ranks of celebrities with beauty brands through Five Beauty.
The brand tags itself as the first tech-enabled beauty label, and is proud of combining “science-based skin care with high-performance color cosmetics.”
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) was present at its formal launch on November 15, 2023, at The Mess Hall in Makati City.
In an interview, Gabbi revealed that launching Five Beauty was a natural step for her.
"I’m such a beauty girl from the get-go," she said.
"People, especially my followers, know how I’m very vocal... about me appreciating beauty but also fashion. Anything that makes you feel good, I’m for it.
"I’ve always been a fan of beauty that’s not so tiring to put on and takes a lot of steps.
"Every time I get interviewed, and they ask me what’s in my bag, it’s always lip and cheek tint, it’s always like that."
Five Beauty’s debut product is the Hybrid Colour Stick, a multi-use cream stick for the eyes, lips, and cheeks.
It comes in five shades: Sunkissed (peachy coral), Bliss (cool pink), Dreamy (warm terracotta), Iconic (posh red), and Mystique (Fuschia berry).
They are currently available on Lazada for PHP399 each.
GABBI GARCIA: MAKING THE TRANSITION
As a celebrity endorser, Gabbi recognizes the significance of associating her name with a brand. That's why she only promotes products she truly believes in.
Knowing that she's not just endorsing a beauty brand this time, but also owning it, Gabbi feels like carrying a double responsibility.
"I know that putting my name out there is a big risk. But for this one, I am really confident kasi ako mismo, I am a user of the product.
"And I was part of the process and everything. I can attest to people that it’s good.”
Gabbi knows people may or may not like her brand, and is honestly curious about what they have to say about it.
While she is prepared to receive negative comments, she makes an effort to focus only on what truly matters. This is how she also deals with the negative comments she receives on social media.
The Kapuso actress candidly told PEP.ph, “If I am going to say I ignore them, that’s impossible because I read everything.
"So I’m just being real and sometimes, it gets to me.
"Sometimes, I remind myself that I am the director of my life. I’m in charge of my life.
"I count the people who I inspire, the people who make me happy, compared to people who judge and say all the mean things about one’s beauty.
“I have been saying this all the time in interviews: if there’s only one description of what beauty is, then magkakaparehas na lang tayong lahat. So yun na lang ba?"
Gabbi believes in the importance of timing, both in launching her beauty brand this year and in taking advantage of other opportunities.
"I feel like timings are very important. Not just in work, but, in general, in life.
"There is such a thing as perfect timing. Everybody has their own time.
"And now is the time for launching a beauty brand. So parang nag-fall into place na ang lahat.”
Gabbi is just getting started, and there's more to come as she prepares to take on various challenges.
“It’s just the start. I want to be wise for whatever I am working hard for, that’s why I’m doing all of these things.”
