Celebrity beauty doctors Aivee and Z Teo have just launched Aivee Préime (pronounced as Pre-may), making it the first clinic to offer this new revolutionary facial treatment in the country.
"We're so excited because we're the first in the Philippines to bring Aivee Préime to the country and it's not available in a lot of countries yet," Dra. Aivee said at the grand launch on December 6, 2023.

WHAT IS AIVEE PRÉIME?
Aivee Clinic teamed up with Vanguard Aesthetics Philippines to introduce Préime DermaFacial, locally known as Aivee Préime, into the country.
Préime DermaFacial is the latest technological offering from Sinclair, a global medical aesthetics company specializing in dermatological solutions.
According to Sinclair's website, Préime DermaFacial is "a smart device with integrated IoT (Internet of Things) technology" and combines five technologies that "offer the user absolute control to design the most accurate protocol for each skin type and need."
It is also referred to as the most versatile platform for managing aging skin, blemish-prone skin, irregularities in skin texture, pigmentation, and dull complexion.
Dr. Aivee shared that her husband, Dr. Z, was the driving force behind bringing the treatment to the country.
Impressed by Préime DermaFacial's capabilities, Dr. Z said, "I think the interesting thing about this is that we've managed to get a machine that has incorporated most technologies into one.
"So I don't think we have ever seen a machine that has put micro-currents, radio-frequency, even ultrasound all into one so that the patient is not confused.
"A lot of times the patients go to the clinic and go, 'What facial should I do?' 'We do this, we do this, we use this machine, we use that machine.'
"And they get confused, they don't know what to do anymore. [Or sometimes] you want a buffet but you don't have everything [in one machine].
"So this one has everything."
AIVEE PRÉIME TREATMENT
The five-in-one treatment officially begins with the AquaB hand device, using a spiral vacuum and skin solutions. This non-invasive procedure clears away dead skin cells and impurities through suction while enhancing the absorption of face serums customized to your skin.
The next step involves the Vibrox device, an advanced microdermabrasion technology that incorporates vibration, red LED light, and Préime DermaCeuticals products to enhance skin tone and texture.
Following this is the MicroT hand device, which utilizes microcurrent technology to promote muscle toning. These small electrical currents are delivered to the skin, energizing facial muscles and resulting in improved facial contouring and skin tightening.
The fourth step uses the Collagen+ hand device, which harnesses the power of IMHz radio frequency energy to uniformly heat the skin to 39-42 °C. This technology supports natural collagen production, leading to a firmer and rejuvenated skin appearance.
The last procedure uses the UltraB device, employing IMHz ultrasound technology to aid the transdermal absorption of Préime DermaCeuticals products. The combination of UltraB with active ingredients provides significant aesthetic benefits, visibly improving the skin's appearance.
AIVEE PRÉIME EXPERIENCE
Lifestyle and beauty editors, including this writer, had the opportunity to experience the device at the launch.
The treatment took approximately 45 minutes, beginning with the aesthetician cleansing the skin to prepare it for the five-step Aivee Préime treatment.
One notable advantage is that each of the hand devices is customizable based on the client's preferences and goals.
This makes the facial treatment suitable for all skin types.
Even those with acne breakouts can do this treatment, as confirmed by Marcus Peña of Vanguard Aesthetics Philippines during the launch.
For those who usually find the pricking part of a facial uncomfortable, the non-invasive AquaB device makes the cleansing and unclogging of pores quite bearable, with little to no pain at all.
Clients can still opt for pricking or manual extraction prior to this step, if they prefer that approach.
Another good news is that it comes with minimal downtime, with only temporary redness due to the cleansing process.
And, of course, as promised, clients will experience a radiant glow after the treatment.
