Internet celebrity Christian Albert Gaza, better known as Xian Gaza, is at it again with his tirades against famous personalities.

This time, his target is TV host and one of the Philippines' most-subscribed YouTube vloggers, Alex Gonzaga, who recently underwent a cosmetic procedure.
On December 15, 2023, the actress-host posted photos on Instagram flaunting her newly enhanced nose.
In true Alex fashion, she wrote: "I say do what makes you happy!
"After so many years of contemplating, last month, I finally decided to do it. Wala nang nakapigil. Now you nose!"
Subsequently, Alex captioned her next post with the words: "Magpaganda ka habang wala sa bahay asawa mo.. pagbalik nya tapos nagtaka sya saka mo sabihin 'ako lang to' [LOL emoji]"

XIAN GAZA REACTS
While Alex received an outpouring of cheer and support, Xian, who is presently in Thailand to meet the folks of his Thai girlfriend, went in the opposite direction.
In a post made at 1:00 a.m. of January 3, 2023, he shared a photo of himself at a food stall in Bangkok.
The caption accompanying it said: "'Pag naglakad-lakad ka dito sa Thailand, mapapansin mo na pare-parehas yung ilong ng mga ladyboy.
"Same same nung bagong ilong ni Alex Gonzaga."
To go by the Oxford dictionary, the term "ladyboy" is often considered offensive, and refers to a transgender woman or a man adopting a female appearance or identity.
In Thailand, however, "ladyboy" seems to be a common term.
In the comments section, Xian continued to carry on, saying that Alex was already beautiful pre-surgery and that the enhancement did not do her good.
He wrote: "ang ganda ganda na niya eh, sinira pa."
Xian took the trouble to say there was nothing wrong with aesthetic surgery, but still landed a hit.
In his words: "walang masama sa pagpaparetoke as long as mas gaganda ka, in the first place yun ang pinaka-purpose ng cosmetic surgery"
Sharers of the post quickly came to Alex's defense, telling Xian to butt out of other people's businesses.
