Heart Evangelista once again sets the record straight amid ongoing speculations about her appearance.
During a lighthearted moment in Paris for Fashion Week, the actress was caught off guard when an old Candy magazine cover was shown to her.

Pausing to look at her younger self, she revealed while inside a car last January 22, 2025, "Lips lang yung naiba. Lips lang yung pinagawa ko.
"It's true. I'm just saying the truth. Now if you don't accept, well, wait for judgment day. Because this is all real except that," she added, pointing to her lips with a playful yet firm tone.
When online followers pressed her about undergoing additional cosmetic enhancements, Heart firmly maintained that her face remains untouched—except for her lips.
For those still doubting, she jokingly suggested a visit to a doctor for an official check-up.
"Ayaw nilang maniwala sa akin. Alam mo, one of these days, pupunta talaga ako sa doctor. Magpapa-X-ray ako. I don’t know how they can prove," she said.
"Hindi talaga, mamatay man, seryoso. Eto lang talaga," she added with a laugh, putting all rumors to rest.
In August 2024, Heart told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that she fully supports those who go under the knife to enhance their features.
"Well, personally, I am for whatever you want to do.
"Like, if it makes you feel good, don't deprive yourself from doing whatever you must to make yourself a better version of yourself."

HEART'S BOTCHED LIP ENHANCEMENT
Heart had previously opened up about her lip enhancement in an Instagram Live session.
In a clip reposted on TikTok by @pageantchika on March 19, 2024, the Kapuso star revealed getting lip fillers, an experience she described as a nightmare.
Heart revealed that despite being an endorser of Dra. Aivee Teo of Aivee Clinic, she went through with the cosmetic procedure because the nurse was "very, very close to me" but "did not have the license" to perform it.
She said, "I did get lip filler. I just didn't want to talk about it because I was super traumatized.
"Because when I got the lip filler, I went against Dra. Aivee. I didn't do it with her.
"I did it with somebody that was very, very close to me, but he didn't have the license to do my lips. But I trusted him.
"Kumbaga, budol na budol ako, so ginawa ko yung lip filler."
But the result, she claimed, left her with uneven lips.
In the end, she had another doctor remove the fillers.

The actress recalled, "Hindi ko alam kung anong nilagay niya si lips ko, but basically, uneven yung lips ko, and you guys were bashing me about it.
"I just didn't want to tell you. Of course, I went to the same person. He's not a doctor. I think he's a nurse.
"Same person because, of course, they convinced me that they can fix it. It was super uneven, so, that's why.
"Never tayo magpapabudol ever again, but I was like, 'Uh!'
"Actually, technically, puwedeng-puwedeng majulong [makulong] kasi wala siyang lisensiya, malpractice pa.
"Sobrang nagpasa-pasa. I had pain. I had ganyan and it was so bad.
"So, anyway, I had a doctor really, like, have to take it out and fix it because it was really, really bad."
The video clip concluded with Heart's reflection following the distressing ordeal.
"You know, when you trust, sometimes, tanga, naniwala. So, yun. So, yeah, I did my lips before.
"I just couldn't tell you about it because I was in denial for a time.
"I really thought that mahal ako ng taong yun, pero na-malpractice ako.
So, yun. So, good luck."
Heart first talked about her traumatic lip procedure during a separate livestream session with make-up artist Albert Kurniawan.
This conversation was also captured by several netizens and circulated on TikTok in November 2023.
