Entering her 40s, Heart Evangelista expressed her strengthened perspective on beauty and aging: "In-embrace ko siya kasi, now I know that beauty comes with age. Youth is wasted on the young. So, parang, I feel like now, not that I feel more beautiful than ever, but I feel more beautiful inside."

In the entertainment industry, where perfection often seems like the norm, many celebrities are turning to beauty enhancements to maintain their radiant looks.

Heart Evangelista has been quite transparent, acknowledging that she too has undergone treatments to preserve her beauty, embracing the notion that beauty is an important asset in her field.

And she encourages those considering beauty enhancements to embrace this approach if it aligns with their personal goals and helps boost their confidence.

"Well, go for it," Heart told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press during an interview.

This interview took place at the Ulthera Prime launch, held on April 4, 2025, at Whitespace Events Place in Makati City.

Heart elaborated by sharing her personal experience and detailing some of the treatments she has undergone.

"I do my Botox, I did lip fillers a long time ago pero humupa na, itigil na natin. And then, I do, of course, my machines. Of course, Ulthera is my number one.

"And, I do a lot of skin treatments and just really trying to maintain the jawline and the neck, yun lang talaga ako."

While Heart is transparent about her choices, she also respects her fellow celebrities' decisions to keep their beauty routines private.

She explained, "Well, I understand because I always get, like, you know, people say I got my eyes done, I got my nose done, but I really didn't."

Heart believes that revealing beauty treatments, particularly surgical procedures, is a personal choice that deserves respect.

She points out, however, that she is open to sharing her own experiences if she ever decides to undergo any such treatments.

"If I do get anything done, I will let you know," Heart said.

She added: "If I did, I would just say it because, you know, para matutunan nila kung saan sila pupunta. Share the blessings, di ba?

"Kasi minsan, di ba, [people say], 'Ang ganda-ganda niya, san ba tayo pumunta?' So I would share, I'm very open.

HEART EVANGELISTA'S YOUTHFUL GLOW

If you're curious about how Heart maintains her youthful glow, she's been very open about her approach.

She particularly enjoys Ultherapy, a non-invasive procedure that uses focused ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production, resulting in firmer and more lifted skin.

Heart wholeheartedly endorses this treatment, saying, "I do it every six months, pero yung iba, every one year.

"Kasi yung last day, parang yung effect talaga yung labas ng three months. Pero ako, to make sure mag-overlap, every six months."

Recently, Heart has shared her trust in the Ulthera Prime machine, noting that it offers the same, if not better, "snatched" effect on her face with a shorter procedure time.

For those unfamiliar, "snatched" is modern slang for looking incredibly fabulous and impeccably polished.

Heart told the press, "You see the difference right away. It lasts longer.

"In terms of like how much you spend, it's an investment for yourself pero yung longevity niya, mas mahaba talaga yung effect niya."

One aspect Heart appreciates about the latest Ultherapy machine is the reduced discomfort.

"It certainly feels more comfortable," she remarked.

"Hindi ako talaga nage-emla kasi nagmamadali ako so ramdam ko yung difference ng pain sa first machince at saka sa second machine."

HEART EVANGELISTA: IN HER PRIME

As she enters her 40s, Heart shared her enforced view on beauty and aging.

She has come to embrace aging gracefully, highlighting the importance of inner beauty as it naturally shines outward.

Heart stated, "In-embrace ko siya [aging] kasi, now I know that beauty comes with age. Youth is wasted on the young.

"So, parang, I feel like now, not that I feel more beautiful than ever, but I feel more beautiful inside. So, hopefully, that translates with, you know, how you look in the outer."

What is it about reaching her 40s that makes her feel like this is her "prime era"?

Heart answered: "To be in your prime or to be in your 40s... what I love the most is all the lessons that you learn along the way, it really makes a difference to who you become.

"And I feel like, yun yung dala-dala ko ngayon. Parang, I may not have the most perfect, you know, beauty na laging meron sa show business.

"But, I feel like I'm very comfortable and I'm very happy. So, I guess yun talaga yung essence para mag-shine."
