Zeinab Harake, who has naturally dry skin, often experiences dullness—especially during periods of stress or lack of sleep.

In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the Ponds Institute Gala on September 21, Zeinab reveals that one thing that really works for her is making sure she gets to sleep before 1 a.m.
It’s a tip she confidently recommends to others, too.
"Skin care advice ko, matulog kayo nang maaga," Zeinab says.
"Hindi daw puwede lumagpas ng 1 a.m. kasi kapag 1 a.m. na, papangit na yung skin mo."
Another part of Zeinab’s morning routine involves using ice on her face.
This simple step helps reduce puffiness and tighten her pores, giving her skin a refreshed and toned look to start the day.
Zeinab says: "And also, try to make ice every morning [for your face].
"Every morning ice lang, makakatulong siya...Nakakasara ng pores."
Of course, Zeinab complements her beauty hacks with a consistent routine.
