Bianca De Vera and Dustin Yu are among today’s hottest young celebrities with packed schedules that rarely leave room for downtime.
That’s why, whenever they get a chance, the two make it a point to slow down and pamper themselves.
During the grand opening of Aivee Clinic Parqal on April 23, 2026, the love team shared in an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) why self-care days have become an important part of their routine.
Bianca said: “Ako, I really see my Aivee days as my, my me time talaga. Parang eto na talaga kasi yung pinaka-pamper day ko...I just feel so relaxed na parang eto na rin talaga yung one of my ways of resting and having time for myself and taking care of myself.”
Dustin echoed, “So parang every time na after work, punta kami dito. Tapos magpapa-pamper kami.”
Pamper days are often seen as more common for women, and Dustin admitted that he used to have reservations about them himself.
Over time, however, his views changed as he experienced the benefits of self-care firsthand.
“Siyempre before, yun din naman talaga yung, um, thinking ko. But then, since I started doing facials and other, um, procedures, uh, sobra na-enjoy ko, e.
“I mean, siyempre busy tayo palagi. Pero, importante yung, yun nga, me time.
“Importante yung pamper day. So, for me, I think this is a time na, na parang ma-open na rin yung mga ibang lalaki para magpa-pamper.”
For first-timers, going to an aesthetic clinic can feel intimidating. Bianca and Dustin shared that one important non-negotiable for them is consulting only with trusted experts.
“Ako, as long as sinuggest ni Doc Aivee...So, as long as may approval," said Dustin.
Bianca agreed, “Same as Dustin...If they feel like na hindi naman namin kailangan, hindi rin nila kami, they won't let us pursue doing it as well. So with their guidance, parang lahat naman puwede naming gawin.
“Parang hindi na naman kami takot as long as ikakaganda at ikagagwapo namin, di ba? And parang I think investing on ourselves is really super duper important as well.”

PEP.ph asked the love team about their favorite treatments—and the list turned out to be quite extensive.
Bianca replied: “Me, I always go for Shining Bright and Aero-lase. And Jet Infusion also actually or AIVEE ICE. Actually, Dustin has been liking GLP as well–Gentle Laser Pore.
“And parang, recently, yung favorite din namin ay yung Dermashine. Derma Shine is really nice also. Parang siyang PRP [Platelet-rich plasma therapy]. It's kind of similar to their Vampire Facial. So we’ve been loving them.”
Dustin chimed in, noting that one treatment stands out when they’re short on time. “Pero if talagang on-the-go, yung Shining Bright.”
For those curious, Shining Bright is a non-invasive dual yellow laser treatment designed to brighten the skin, even out tone, and reduce pigmentation with minimal downtime. Prices start at PHP12,000 per session.
Aerolase, which starts at PHP6,000 per session, is a gentle laser suitable for all skin types. It addresses acne, redness, and uneven texture while boosting collagen, also with no downtime.
Jet Infusion, an oxygen-powered facial that deeply cleanses and hydrates the skin for a dewy glow, typically costs around PHP5,000 to PHP8,000 per session and is often offered in bundles.
GLP (Gentle Laser Pore) is a fractional laser treatment that helps refine pores, smoothen skin texture, and stimulate collagen. Bundled rates are estimated to range from PHP8,000 to PHP15,000 or more, depending on the treatment area.
Meanwhile, Dermashine is a skin-revitalizing infusion that deeply hydrates, tightens pores, and boosts collagen for a glass-skin finish, with prices ranging from PHP15,000 to PHP25,000 or more per session, depending on the formulation.
When asked which treatment they would like to try next, Bianca revealed that Ulthera has long been on her wishlist.
“Actually, I've been wanting to Ulthera for the longest time. It's a good investment as well. Pero parang… hindi pa ako nagpapaalam kay Doc Aivee if I should do it.
“Kasi alam kong nagpapa-lift yun ng face and nagpapa-liit. So I don't know if now is the time, pero tingnan natin. Let's see.”
For Dustin, GLP remains his top choice. For now, he isn’t looking to try anything new, especially since he has already seen th results.
“Ako na-try ko na kasi yung GLP, e, 'cause lagi ko siya nakikita. Pero, recently, na-try ko siya and then, yun, I'm so happy na parang nagiging effective siya sa akin. And I liked it.”
