Jolina Magdangal is set to give two-year-old son Pele a sibling.

Since last year, Jolina Magdangal has been eager to give her two-year-old son, Pele, a sibling to play with.

But showbiz projects often get in the way.

The Magandang Buhay host told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and a few members of the press in a sit-down interview, "Alam mo, last year, parang sabi ko, later this year sana or late quarter this year.

Sana this year, but if not, talagang early next year kasi two-and-a-half na si Pele, e, and gusto ko rin may kalaro siya.

"Ang wish talaga namin, minimum of two."

Jolina said she likes the idea of having more kids in the house. In fact, she already had a room made for Baby Number 2.

"Pero if ever more than two, definitely gagawa kami ng paraan kasi meron namang guest room sa baba, e. Puwede naman i-convert yun e or may isang room na puwede pa gawing kuwarto."

Has Pele been giving out hints that he wants a sibling?

So masaya siya kapag madaming tao.

"So ngayon, kapag may mga bata siyang nakikita, na-e-energize siya. Pero ayoko bigyan ng meaning."

NEW HOUSE. Another ongoing project of Jolina and husband Mark Escueta is the construction of their new home.

Building it from scratch has doubled her anxiety.

"Alam mo, nakakakaba kasi amin na yun e. So kung anong maging itsura nun, parang personality naming yun mag-asawa or family.

So the couple have been hands-on.

"Sana maging maayos kasi nakaka-pressure, like halimbawa, pati yung mga tiles, mga saksakan, kami talaga bumibili mag-asawa.

"So medyo nakaka-stress, pero sana in a good way lagi nilalagay namin yung pagka-stress."

Next, she wants to make sure their house will be a safe place to live in, hence, she recently joined Calpol's Allied Against Dengue campaign on July 12, at The Peninsula Manila.

The actress pledged to prevent a dengue outbreak by clearing the household from any potential mosquito-breeding ground.

After that, she and Mark will make sure they'll fill it with happy memories for Pele and their future baby.
