Marian Rivera is back to her pre-pregnancy vital statistics of 34-23-34.
After one year and three months since she gave birth to Baby Zia, the Kapuso actress can wear her old jeans again, and slay in swimsuits, too.
This was taken in December 2016, when her family went to Bali, Indonesia.
How did she do it?
Aside from breastfeeding, she simply said, "healthy living."
Marian also thanked her husband Dingdong Dantes, who has been her fitness buddy.
"Kapag may time talaga siya at di pa siya pagod, talagang nagdya-jogging kaming dalawa, e.
"Tumatakbo kami ng asawa ko, sa village lang, kapag may time siya ha, pero mga once a week lang."
When she got pregnant in 2015, she gained 20 pounds so her weight then was 135 pounds.
In March 2016, four months after she became a mom, she was down to 97 pounds and her waist size had started to shrink!

But what she considered her "best body" was in 2014, the year she did Carmela and got married.
During her presscon for Women's Health Philippines, she told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), "Kahit pinaka-rurok na busy ako, nagwo-work out pa rin ako."
At that time, she was into Wushu, Arnis, Muay Thai, and Zumba.
So when PEP asked her waist size, she joked, "Seventeen."
Then, she whispered, "Nineteen."
