Alice Dixson, 48, on maintaining her youthful look:  "I try to have a positive outlook everyday...and walang stress sa buhay ko."

The 48-year-old Alice Dixson is undoubtedly among the country's loveliest faces.

Was it already three decades ago when she became the Palmolive girl who made the line "I can feel it" famous?

What's her secret?

At The Alice Dixon Charity Bowl she organized last August 20, in Paeng’s Eastwood Bowl, Quezon City, she told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), "It's your lifestyle."

She doesn't have a strict beauty routine save for regular facials and laser-light treatments.

Alice believes that more than the beauty products, food plays crucial.

"It’s your outlook in life and the food that you eat.

She's "strict" on her meals daily, and eats "plants-based food."

Does she have a list of "bawal"?

“Wala naman akong diet, at wala namang bawal. Basta I eat in moderation, and I said earlier I eat a lot of plant-based food like salads, mga gulay.”

Alice added, "I would like to thank Healthy House because they really feed me my healthy meals every week.”

She also makes time for exercises regularly.

“I try to work out and I try walking with my dog three times a day."

Just to give you an idea, when she turned 48 last July 28, here's her "birthday workout": jump rope, 25-pound weights, and giant ball for ab work.

Do not forget to "drink a lot of water," and most importantly, "I try to have a positive outlook everyday...and walang stress sa buhay ko."

Proceeds of her charity bowling tournament go to the kids of Kalipay Negrense Foundation.

Spotted at her event were Edu Manzano and Donita Rose.

Teresa Loyzaga, Maila Gumila, and Ara Mina also came.
