This photo of Dra. Vicki Belo, 61, earned these comments from netizens: "wow legs," "gorgeous legs," and "killer legs."

Making heads turn in Italy were Dra. Vicki Belo and her daughter Scarlet Snow.

Both clad in Dolce & Gabbana—Vicki in a blouse with sunflower print and Scarlet in a lemon dress—the two ladies' "twinning time" generated 174,000 likes on Instagram.

The 61-year-old mom also earned "wow legs" compliments from her followers.

After the beauty doctor's grand wedding to Dr. Hayden Kho Jr. in Paris, France, their family headed to Sorrento, a coastal town in southwestern Italy, facing the Bay of Naples.

Their next stop was Capri, an island on the Bay of Naples famed for its rugged landscape and upscale hotels and shops.

Vicki was once again in shorts...and slayed it!

She and Scarlet went twinning again in Dolce & Gabbana prints.

This photo was posted on the toddler's account with the caption: "I spent two hours teaching Mommy how to pose like a model. There's not much to teach though. She's a natural."

But the netizens didn't just notice the outfits and poses.

For the third time this week, Dra. Vicki's legs became a hot topic among her followers.

SECRETS TO HAVING WOW LEGS. It would seem that she is not among the “70 percent of women who have varicose veins..."

In a previous episode of the ABS-CBN show Salamat Dok, Dra. Vicki talked about the causes.

"Steam bath, hot bath, too much jogging, and other activities that overwork the legs are minor factors,” she said.

Note that age, gender, genetics, obesity, and prolonged standing or sitting are the major factors.

How to treat varicose veins?

There's Schelotherapy, a simple, painless, and non-surgical treatment that injects a sclerosing agent on the veins.

Dra. Vicki also gave these tips.

1. Avoid weight gain.

2. Put your legs on top of two piled pillows to reverse the blood flow. Do this for thirty minutes, twice a day, one in the morning and one at night.

3. Wear compression stockings, which is loose on the thigh part but tight at the bottom, making the blood flow upwards.

Note that the support stockings available in department stores are tight, and pressure the blood to flow downward.
