Shailene Woodley rocked the 2018 Golden Globes red carpet in a Ralph Lauren frock and swept-back, two-toned hair.
The Big Little Lies actress wore black in support of the #WeWearBlack and #TimesUp movements, which raise awareness on sexual assault, and support sexual harassment victims in all types of industries.
Shailene brought Calina Lawrence, a member of the Suquamish Tribe and an advocate for the Native Treaty Rights and Mni Wiconi (Water is Life) Movement, to the event.
The actress has always been vocal with her advocacies (she was arrested last year for joining the protest on Dakota Access Pipeline in Standing Rock), and using her star wattage to shed light on these important issues.
For this year's Golden Globes, she chose a simple hairstyle to put more focus on the causes she's supporting.
The 26-year-old Hollywood star opted to keep her two-toned hair in a sleek side part.
For this, her stylist used Suave Professionals Natural Volume Mousse and Suave Professionals Natural Hold Compressed Micro Mist Hairspray, which both sell for $3.99 (or PHP200.30 at today's exchange rate) each.
The result was a no-fuss but powerful hairdo, which according to her hairstylist, was intentional.
Speaking to Teen Vogue, celebrity stylist Marcus Francis said, "With her demonstrating support for the #TimesUp movement today, it was important for both of us to convey a look that keep it classic yet strong.
"Swept-back hair allowed the focus to be on Shailene!"
