Here's a throwback.
Before becoming a news reporter and a politician, Senator Loren Legarda was one of the young ladies who had the fortune to be called a Pond's girl.
Don't believe it?
Well, take a look at Loren's Instagram post:
Loren posted a photo of her in an ad for the skincare brand, which shows her with her medium-length, curly hair, smiling under a tagline that says, "How I made peace with my oily skin."
Her caption read: "This print ad was released in 1977 when I first broke into the scene as a fresh-faced 17-year-old Pond's girl.
"That's how long I've been in front of the camera, in the public's eye."
She revealed that the opportunity "opened many doors" for her, and the product still remained part of her skincare regimen.
The caption ended, "At 58, people ask about my skin care regimen and I tell them I still use this product until today."
