Janine Gutierrez is no doubt a stunner.
Her covers on Preview magazine’s March 2018 issue have been eliciting positive comments from the netizens.
Clad in pastel bikinis by Avel Bacudio, she channels her inner Kylie Jenner, and reminds us once again that she has one of the prettiest faces in the industry.
Even Liza Soberano, who has topped various lists on Most Beautiful Stars, is captivated by the Kapuso star’s beauty.
But just like everyone else, Janine has her share of “feeling pangit” days.
The Sherlock Jr. star tells PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), “Oo naman. Super! May days talaga na you feel like, ‘Oh my gosh, ayokong lumabas. Ayoko magpakita sa mga tao.’
“Pero kailangan labanan mo yun.”
PEP.ph's interview with Janine happens at the Earth Hour 2018 press launch on February 27, in Discovery Suites, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City.
The 28-year-old actress' goal for 2018 is to improve her self-confidence.
She continues, “Actually, ang pinakagusto ko sanang goal this year is to build up my confidence kasi I feel like nando’n nanggagaling lahat ng energy na nilalabas mo sa mundo, kung confident ka sa sarili mo, kung mataas yung self-worth mo…”
She also has to learn how to be happy with how she looks, and remember that there will always be a room for improvement.
“One experience that I always feel is, kunwari, at this point in your life, feeling mo sobrang pangit mo or nakakahiya ka.
“'Tapos kapag a few years later, nakita mo yung throwback picture, parang, 'What was I thinking? Okay naman pala.'
“So I think, you should never be too hard on yourself.”
