During Zsa Zsa Padilla's Holy Week break in Tokyo, Japan, the Divine Diva had a beauty problem.
While styling her hair with a curling iron, "sariling sikap lang," as she described, she accidentally burned a portion on her right cheek.
On Instagram, she said, "May maganda akong na-achieve na hairstyle pero nasunog ko naman pisngi Ko. Ang galing! Grabe..."
Here's the comment:

Part of her response was: "Why should growing old be thrown as an insult to women?"

A Twitter fan account of Karylle, the @karyllegend, posted: “You are beautiful, I am sorry that you have encountered this kind of issue @zsazsapadilla. You deserve better.”
Zsa Zsa replied, “Always, like I should be ashamed for growing older. There is already a problem with ageism in showbiz. Then I have to be shamed pa for having older looking hands. Sorry naman.”
The ASAP mainstay added, “Yeah, and we should love and respect older people more like we would our own mother and grandma.”
Zsa Zsa's eldest daughter Karylle threw in, "I love your hands mama! Loving, beautiful, hardworking and strong hands!!!!! Maybe not jazz hands but you’ve got cool hands!"
In a previous interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), during the presscon of the defunct series Wildflower, the actress/singer said she's not afraid of ageing at all.
