Chinita beauties like Kris Aquino usually find the need to enhance their eyes, and make them look bigger.
But one thing she learned after more than three decades of glamming up for TV is: Kilay is indeed life.
In one of her vlogs, the host said, "Kunin niyo na lahat sa akin, huwag lang ang kilay ko.
"Basta nakakilay ka, na-frame na yung mukha mo. Maganda ka na. Promise."
Hence, it doesn't come as a surprise that among her immediate goals is to launch a "pang-kilay" product.
The businesswoman has already picked a name, and has been doing her own research.
At her launch as the endorser of Ever Bilena, she told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), “Dun ako really excited. I really feel na we’re gonna sell a 100,000 pieces of these.
“They’re going to be called Kris Life Kits.
“Merong mga innovation talaga na… Because I’m the type of person who’ll spend six hours in Sephora. As in literally, ihahatid lang ako ng mga kids ‘tapos babalikan na lang nila ako.
“I’m the type of person who tries everything.”
Her ultimate beauty tip is to have your brows shaped.
“I really advise women, go to a professional and magpaturo kayo how to do your kilay.
“Because kung maganda na yung kilay niyo, maganda na kayo.”
Another essential for her eye makeup: False eyelashes.
"Matatawa kayo na paulit-ulit lang ang eye makeup ko. It’s just the false eyelashes that we keep changing up.
"Now, women really need false eyelashes."
In the future, she also hopes to have her own brand of falsies, which are "parang Red Cherry from Indonesia.”
The best-selling product are made of "100% human hair for a naturally full flutter."
Eye-shadow palette completes the eye makeup, and knowing which shades look good on you matter.
The mother of two continued, “I realized na yung super smokey looks good on some women, but I look awful in it.
“I know kasi, kung kapalan namin ang eye makeup ko, ma-e-emphasize na may a little bit of lines, crow’s feet, may konting eye bags.
“So wag kapalan.
“Pero make sure na lapat at maganda ang application ng foundation.”
