Before the year ends and to welcome 2019 with a bang, here is a look back at some of the best beauty trends that rocked 2018.

ILLUMINATORS

The highlighter trend from 2017 continued in 2018.

More celebrities sported thick layers of highlighter not just on their faces, but also on their décolletage, to give their skin an extra glow.

GLOSSY LIPS

High-shine lacquered lips made a comeback on the beauty scene this 2018.

Many celebrities ditched the super matte lip stick trend and went for glossy lips to compliment their glass skin makeup.

Celebrities were more open to try bolder eye makeup colors this year, particularly the royal blue eye shadow.

This beauty trend started in the early 2000s and recently made a comeback when Hollywood stars Rihanna, Zoe Kravitz, and Kerry Washington were seen sporting the cool shade.
