Michael V. has not stopped mooning over his wife Carol.
Weeks after surprising her with a debut party she dreamed about and never had to celebrate her 50th birthday, he came up with another grand gesture.
Before the month of July ended, he posted a throwback photo of Carol's 50th birthday celebration on July 6 to give her a shout-out.
Michael V writes in his post, "Bago matapos ang buwan, gusto ko lang balikan yung birthday party ni misis earlier this month.
"She just turned 50 pero kagaya ng sinasabi ng marami, 'wala sa itsura.'
"Kase sa totoo lang, considering 4 kids and all these years of putting up with me, hindi mo talaga iisiping 50 na s'ya.
"Hindi n'ya na-experience yung malaking 'debut' when she turned 18 kaya I made sure na kahit 32 years later, maihabol ko yung saya, yung thrill and excitement.
Yung iba, malayo ang pinanggalingan; yung iba short notice pero they made sure na mai-celebrate ‘tong milestone na 'to with her...
"Thank you sa inyong lahat!"
THE FUNNY MAN SERIOUSLY SPEAKING ABOUT MARRIAGE
Michael and Carol have just celebrated their 25th anniversary this year.
In his message, he says, "Kahit 25 years na tayong mag-asawa, alam kong marami pa tayong pagdadaanan.
"And it's up to both of us how we’ll handle the rest of our married life.
"I just know it’s going to be a lot of fun because I know I’m spending it with you.
I love you @ayoito !
"Always have.
"Always will."
Carol, who is also known as Ayoi to close family and friends, is also Michael's manager.
In his interview with PEP Headliner, Michael spoke candidly about his relationship with Carol.
The Family History actor told PEP.ph, "I wouldn't say na perpekto yung relationship namin.
"Siyempre, meron ding ups and downs. And there were times na sobrang down talaga.
In the interview, Michael reminded that misunderstanding is common in any marriage.
He said, "Asahan ninyo na hindi smooth sailing talaga palagi. But pag dumating kayo dun sa open sea na talagang walang kaalun-alon?
"Naku, napakasarap!
His advice to husbands: "I always remind myself to keep an open mind.
