Pauleen Luna-Sotto and Vic Sotto are proud parents to Tali, who is well-behaved during the oath taking of her kuya, Vico Sotto, as the 20th and incumbent mayor of Pasig City.
On July 1, 2022, Pauleen takes to Instagram to describe Tali's first time attending an inauguration.
She writes, "Of course she didn't know what was going on but she listened, stayed put, she even sang Lupang Hinirang intently with matching hand on her chest and maybe danced a little when she heard the band playing [emoji]."

Pauleen continues, "This was the first time we brought her to a huge crowd and i am so glad that she enjoyed it and was not scared at all! It might not look it in the photo (she woke up at 6:30am for the oath taking and was already sleepy when we got home [emoji]) but she had a blast! [emoji]."

Tali is definitely a ball of sunshine not only to her parents, but even to other attendees, such as Pasig City Councilor Pasig City administrator Jeron Uy Manzanero and his wife Sheena Halili, ate Danica Sotto-Pingris, and Coney Reyes, who all put out cute snaps and videos of the bubbly four-year-old tot on their respective Instagram stories.
In the Eat Bulaga! mainstay's congratulatory post for Vico, the 33-year-old mayor gives his little sister a shout-out, "Special thanks to Tali [emoji]."
