Ipinagdiriwang ni Kris Aquino ang kanyang ika-52 kaarawan ngayong Araw ng mga Puso, February 14, 2023.
Nahaharap man sa matinding hamon sa kalusugan, masaya pa ring ibinalita ni Kris sa kanyang followers ang patuloy niyang paglaban sa pambihirang karamdaman.
Ngayon daw ay nakahanap na sila ng pansamantalang tutuluyang bahay sa Orange County, California, na isang beachfront property.
Makakatulong daw sa kanyang mabilis na paggaling ang lugar dahil sa malinis na simoy ng hangin mula sa dagat.
Pagbabahagi ni Kris sa kanyang post kagabi, February 13 (published as is), “We found a temporary home on Zillow that was also listed on AirBnB, available for a monthly lease…
“dream come true for me because name the beach development back in the [Philippines], nag viewing na kami…
“this home is in an excellent location, with fresh sea air and a nicely furnished patio with a beautiful view of the sea…”
Dagdag ni Kris, hindi pa niya masabi kung ito na ang kanilang permanenteng tutuluyan doon kasama ng mga anak na sina Joshua at Bimby Aquino dahil malayo ito sa ospital.
Pero maigi na rin daw ito at saktung-sakto sa kanyang kaarawan na meron na silang titirhan.
Sabi niya, “hindi pa po ito yung permanent base namin because medyo malayo from the hospitals where my doctors are.
“Plus no area for me to isolate once my 1st cycle of treatment starts before the end of February.
“But after months of searching finally may nahanap, just in time for my birthday…
“we are 14 hours behind [Philippine] time, in advance, THANK YOU because you continue to give me the best gift anybody in my situation could ask for, your prayers.
“i have a wonderful support system from my 2 sons, Alvin, Rochelle, Ate Rome, old friends & new friends here in the [U.S.A. flag]…
"but you need to be a very determined man of your word to fly 13 hours each way to spend a few days with me on my birthday. For his effort i am GRATEFUL…”

Saad pa ni Kris, kakatapos lang niyang iyakan ang bago na namang nadiskubreng “scary red flag” sa kanyang panibagong check-up.
Kaya ipinapasa-Diyos na niya ang lahat. Tiyak naman daw niyang nakakarating sa Panginoon ang dasal ng lahat ng taong humihiling din ng kanyang agarang paggaling.
Aniya, “i promised myself after reading my latest results that had 1 unexpected & admittedly scary red flag (not autoimmune related) after iniyak ko na, TAMA NA.
“If ever that borderline number signals early detection, i am still blessed… IN FAITH I SURRENDER ALL to GOD…
“Sa dami nyong nagdarasal for me, kung umabot na kailangan ng mas aggressive na treatment (at a higher dosage it’s considered chemotherapy) imposibleng hindi tayo pagbibigyan ng ating Mahal na Ama.”
Mensahe pa niya sa lahat: “To all, a #lovelovelove day ahead of you, from the very thankful soon to be 52 year old birthday girl.”
