Sunshine Cruz beams with pride for the academic achievements of her daughters Sam Cruz and Chesca Montano.
The young misses, who often make the rounds on social media for their impressive visuals and physiques, are also commendable for their smarts.
On May 4, 2023, Sunshine flexed on Instagram Sam's exemplary academic record: "2nd honors for 1st and 2nd term. 1st honors for 3rd term. You know how much this means to me.
"You girls always inspire me to work harder. Konti nalang College ka na. Proud of you my Sam."

Sunshine added that her daughters' father, Cesar Montano, and his partner Kath Angeles, would be just as proud: "At sigurado akong proud din ang dad at Tita Kath mo sa iyo/inyo.

A week later, the mother of three acknowledged the effort and hard work of her bunso, Chesca, who also did well in school despite a few hiccups along the way.
Sunshine wrote: "Another proud moment for this momma. 2nd honors!
"I know you kinda struggled this term pero you still managed and made it to 2nd honors Chesca! So proud of you.
"I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve you three. Grabe kayo! [heart emoji]
"I love you three so much! Congratulations once again my bunso! @chesca.montano"
Sunshine's eldest Angelina is now a third year college student taking up Marketing Management at the De La Salle University in Manila.
