Instead of going all out for her birthday, Heart Evangelista celebrated the occasion with cozy get-togethers with loved ones.
The Kapuso actress turned 39 years old on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
On the night before her birthday, Heart enjoyed the company of friends and family in an intimate gathering.

Among the sweetest moments was when Heart received a birthday gift from her husband, Senator Chiz Escudero: a ring featuring what netizens believe is a paraíba tourmaline gemstone with diamonds.
According to gemsociety.org, paraíba tourmalines, celebrated for their strikingly intense blue hues, rank among the most coveted gemstones globally.
There was no mention of where Chiz purchased the ring, but according to netizens, it is believed to be pricey.
Another endearing moment occurred when guests cheered for Heart and Chiz to share a kiss. After complying, Heart turned slightly bashful, especially with her mom present. Chiz quipped, "Nahiya ka pa sa nanay mo?"
Aside from Heart's mother, Cecile Ongpauco, also present were her sisters Camille Ongpauco and Mich Ongpauco, and health influencer Lissa Quirino.
Heart's new glam squad, consisting of hairstylist Ghil Sayo and makeup artist Memay Francisco, joined in the birthday festivities.
Stylist Iza Sim and Sparkle GMA Artist Center talent manager Ira Lesaca were also in attendance.
Among the guests were former Cosmopolitan Philippines editor Retty Contreras, architect Gewell Fuster, fashion designer Michael Leyva, Teviant's Nikolai Crisostomo; Albert Kurniawan, entrepreneur April Gayle Dy Buco, and executive producer Irene Pacana-Liwanag with husband Punch Liwanag.
On Heart's actual birthday, the group jetted off to Balesin Island for some much-needed rest and relaxation.
Heart enjoyed a birthday dinner at the exclusive resort, accompanied by nearly the same group of attendees.
Additionally, Quino and Chesi Escudero, Chiz's twins from his previous marriage to Christine Elizabeth Flores, were also present to celebrate with them.
In addition to celebrating Heart's birthday, Heart and Chiz are set to renew their vows in a private ceremony at Balesin Island, where they originally exchanged their wedding vows.

The couple marks its 9th wedding anniversary on Thursday, February 15, 2024.
In a previous interview with the press, Heart had said: "So, I'm turning 39, so technically no celebration really.
"And, so... it's also my anniversary with Chiz. So, we're also turning 9, but we don't celebrate 9.
"So, yes, we are going to have a renewal of vows. So, I'm very, very excited."
