Netizens erupted in laughter upon hearing Stela Francisco's birthday message to her mother Melai Cantiveros.
On Sunday, April 7, 2024, Melai graced the stage of ASAP Natin 'To alongside her daughters, Stela and Mela Francisco, for a special dance number set to NewJeans' "Super Shy."
The performance marked a celebration of the trio's quadruple milestones: Melai's 15th showbiz anniversary and 36th birthday on April 6; Stela's 6th birthday on April 9; and Mela's 10th birthday on April 3.
STELA'S BIRTHDAY WISH FOR MELAI CANTIVEROS
Following their dance performance, Stela and Mela were invited by the hosts, including Regine Velasquez, Jolina Magdangal, and Robi Domingo, to express their birthday wishes for their mother.
Melai was caught off guard with Stela's birthday message.
Stela said, "Happy birthday mama. More birthdays to come. Sana safe ka always kung saan ka magpunta. Tapos sana yung butas ng ipin mo mag-close na."

Upon hearing the amusing message, Melai swiftly took her daughter's microphone to prevent any potentially awkward remarks.
She then inquired, "Tinuruan kasi... sinong nagturo sa inyo sa likod?" To which Mela responded, "Si Kuya Robi!"

Melai and her daughters' hilarious TV moment quickly went viral, spreading across various social media platforms and pages.
The comments section of a Facebook page that reposted the video was even flooded with laughing emojis, in addition to the numerous birthday greetings for Melai.
Facebook user YaBib Duran wrote, "Kaloka talaga ang mini version ni melai hahahaha [emoji] happy birthday momshie mels [emoji]"
Another netizen, Ian Adrean, burst into laughter after watching the video and commented, "Tawang tawa ako Nitu kahapon ayy [emoji] inaagaw ni Melai ung mic sa anak nya eh kung ano ano pinagsasabi[emoji]"
Facebook user Concep Salvo Baldon added, "Mga joker din anak ni melai eh mana sa knya hehe."

Prior Stela's hilarious message, Mela also shared her birthday wish for her mom.
Mela told her mom, "Mama, yung message ko po sa'yo mama. Sana palagi safe ka and I hope na happy ka sa birthday mo. Yesterday. And I love you mama.
"And always remember that me and Stella love you. And I hope na more work ka para makahanap ka ng work.
"And then makahanap ka ng more money. And mama, I love you."
Melai also seized the opportunity to express her birthday wishes to her daughters as well.
She told Mela and Stela, "Ako, ang birthday wish ko para kay Mela and Stella is... Maging good girl sila. At ma-enjoy nila ang journey nila sa buhay nila.
"Ngayon na, 10 years old ka na, ate. Mag-enjoy ka lang at maging good girl. Stella, mag-enjoy at maging good girl, okay na okay na si mama."
