Eventologist Tim Yap has made celebrating Halloween a beloved tradition, and this year was no different.
As the spooky season peaked, ghouls and goblins came out to play.
On October 30, 2024, celebrities and personalities in the entertainment and creative industry gathered at The Space at One Ayala in Makati City for Tim's annual Halloween ball tradition, "Shake, Rattle & Ball."
Celebrating over two decades of hosting Halloween festivities, Tim and his team at Yaparazzi Events chose a "Cirque" theme for this year's edition.
This year, Tim teamed up with Sparkle GMA Artist Center's Sparkle Spell to host the party, inviting guests to dress up in their own interpretations of the theme or simply as their favorite characters.
Here are some of the standout costumes PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spotted at the party:
TIM YAP
Tim Yap wouldn't be known as the Philippines' "King of Halloween" without his elaborate costumes. This time around, he transformed into the iconic alien character Kokey, complete with his own UFO.
CHLOE SAN JOSE AND CARLOS YULO
Chloe San Jose and Carlos Yulo sported matching outfits, embodying the eerie horror dolls Tiffany Valentine and Chucky for the party.
Chloe revealed in an interview that she had offered Carlos several "couple character" ideas, and he selected the iconic duo of Chucky and Tiffany Valentine for their ensembles.
DONNY PANGILINAN AND HANNAH PANGILINAN
Siblings Donny Pangilinan and Hannah Pangilinan enjoyed getting into the Halloween spirit with their creative costumes.
Donny transformed into Frankenstein, while Hannah embraced Zendaya's character from the 2017 hit movie "The Greatest Showman."
KRIS BERNAL
In line with the event's theme, Kris Bernal was almost unrecognizable as she transformed into a creepy clown for the party.
JANE DE LEON
Jane de Leon added a touch of glamour to her circus clown costume, channeling her inner Harley Quinn for the party.
ASHLEY ORTEGA, SHUVEE ETRATA, SKYE CHUA, AND ROXIE BAEYENS
Speaking of glam, Kapuso stars Ashley Ortega, Shuvee Etrata, Skye Chua, and Roxie Baeyens teamed up for a group Halloween costume.
They dazzled the party with their Victoria's Secret Angels-inspired outfits, looking every bit like they were ready to walk the runway at a fashion show.
JANEENA CHAN
Amidst a sea of terrifying costumes, Sparkle GMA Artist talent Janeena Chan chose a whimsical mermaid ensemble for the party.
KHIANNA AND MYX CHANEL
Drag Race Philippines Season 3 finalists Khianna and Myx Chanel effortlessly made a statement at the party by reviving some of their iconic costumes from the drag competition.
Khianna dazzled in her outfit from the "Per-yeah!" runway challenge, while Myx Chanel turned heads in her costume from the "3D Fractals" runway challenge.
Though these looks might not be "new" to everyone, Khianna and Myx Chanel still slayed in style!
AARON MANIEGO
Content creator Aaron Maniego fully embraced the theme, dressing up as the "Queen of Circus" for the Halloween party.
JAYDA AVANZADO
Singer-actress Jayda Avanzado chose a unique path for her Halloween costume, steering clear of both terrifying and whimsical characters.
Instead, she paid tribute to her mom, Jessa Zaragoza, by dressing up in an outfit inspired by the "The Best of Jessa Zaragoza" album cover released in 2000.
EVAN TAN
TikTok content creator Evan Tan chose the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland as the inspiration for his Halloween costume, which turned out to be a perfect match for the party's theme.
