WHAT IS THE PHILIPPINE COCKTAIL WEEK?
Philippine Cocktail Week (PHCW) is a four-night event that pairs 28 acclaimed international bars with 28 leading Manila establishments, including several that have earned spots on The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists.
Each pair hosts a one-night collaboration where visiting bartenders work with local teams to create special cocktails and share skills.
Presented by Maya Black, the event is described as the largest and most awarded gathering of cocktail bars ever held in the country.
It highlights Filipino hospitality while introducing global techniques and perspectives, helping strengthen Manila’s presence in the international cocktail scene.
WHEN AND WHERE?
The first Philippine Cocktail Week takes place from February 5 to 8, 2026, with each evening highlighting a different Metro Manila neighborhood.
The event opens on February 5 in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, where a blend of casual and upscale bars hosts international collaborations.

On February 6, Philippine Cocktail Week moves to Legazpi Village and Makati Cinema Square, known for intimate neighborhood spots and understated late-night venues. The pairings for the night are:

The series concludes on February 8, 2026, in Quezon City and San Juan.
A special Sunday Sessions event will run from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 P.M. at Corner House in San Juan, offering daytime cocktails, merchandise giveaways, and collaborations between international bars and emerging Filipino talent.

HOW TO JOIN?

Guests only need to visit the participating bars in the featured neighborhood each evening. Each ticket costs PHP1,000, which includes three (3) drink stubs redeemable at PHCW partner bars at The Corner House, plus access to Off-Menu Conversations, the bar talk series held at Gaea Bar.
