Beauty enthusiasts have a new destination in the metro as Avignon Clinic unveiled its seventh and most luxurious branch at Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City.
In time for its seventh anniversary, Avignon Clinic founders Benedict Sy and Christopher Cachuela led the grand opening of the aesthetic center's newest branch on July 9, 2026.
Designed to elevate the client experience, the new clinic combines luxurious interiors with advanced aesthetic technologies, further expanding Avignon Clinic's growing presence in the beauty and wellness industry.

Inside Avignon Clinic Shangri-La Plaza
The newest Avignon Clinic branch boasts hotel-inspired amenities, featuring high ceilings, elegant interiors, and spacious treatment rooms designed to provide comfort and privacy.
Speaking exclusively to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Sy revealed the inspiration behind the new branch's design.
He said: "For design, of course, this is a new concept. We've built seven branches, and we made sure that each branch will be different from another.
"When you step into the clinic, you'll feel that you're like in a five-star hotel. The rooms are really spacious.
"Each room would have their own restrooms na just so when you're, when you need to go to the loo, you don't have to go, go out of your room."
Beyond its luxurious interiors, Avignon Clinic is also introducing specialized treatment centers at its Shangri-La Plaza branch.
Among them is the Capellix Tricho Institute, Avignon Clinic's dedicated center for minimally invasive scalp and hair regeneration. It offers targeted solutions for hair loss, receding hairlines, and unhealthy scalp conditions.
There's also the Melasma Cure Center.
According to Christopher, the decision to establish the center stemmed from research showing that many Filipinos continue to struggle with this skin condition characterized by symmetrical, dark brown or grayish patches on sun-exposed areas.
"Based on our recent studies, there are a lot of people, Filipinos specifically, who are battling melasma, and they have tried a lot of lasers, a lot of creams and peels, pero it seems that none is working.
"What we have now in Avignon Shangri-La is the latest PicoSure Pro, which is the gold standard laser for melasma management. So we're really excited to share that new technology to our patrons."

STAR-STUDDED LAUNCH
Several celebrities flocked to the grand opening, with celebrity couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes leading the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
In a short chat with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Marian congratulated the founders on their latest milestone.
She said: "Hindi ako nagkakamali, pang-seventh niyo ng clinic ito, so more power sa inyo. Congrats!"
For his part, Dingdong shared how he has witnessed the brand's growth over the years.
"Congratulations. Magmula noong nakasama kami sa pamilya ng Avignon, talagang alam namin kung gaano sila ka-excited na mabuksan nitong branch na 'to.
"I know that every year, kakaiba yung growth ng clinics and I think this is one of the flagship clinics of the brand. So I just know how much happy the whole family is."

Also present during the ribbon-cutting ceremony was GMA Network's First Vice President of Sparkle GMA Artist Center and Talent Development & Management Joy Marcelo and Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, who was likewise introduced as one of the newest ambassadors of Avignon Clinic.

Expressing her gratitude, Atty. Annette admitted she was pleasantly surprised by the partnership.
Atty. Annette said: "Nagulat ako na ambassador na ako ng Avignon because I just really love going to Avignon.
"Yung service nila is parang, parang wala ka sa clinic. Para kang nasa spa and their service is very, very good.
"And I think they take care of my skin very well. So I'm very happy and congratulations sa kanila on their seventh branch."

When asked about her favorite treatment, she immediately named XERF.
"Ay naku, favorite ko talaga XERF, kasi it's painless. I love it."
XERF is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses dual-frequency radiofrequency (RF) energy to help tighten sagging skin and stimulate collagen production.
Actor Tom Rodriguez, one of the VIP guests at the event, revealed that XERF is also his treatment of choice.
"Akala ko masakit pero hindi pala and if you do half, one half of your face, kita mo na agad yung difference.
"So you really feel it tapos it's the gift that keeps on giving because up to four months you still see results... I'm starting to get that... starting to get my jawline back."

Meanwhile, Rocco Nacino revealed that Zaffiro is his go-to treatment.
"Sobrang na-hydrate yung skin ko at the same time it tightens it also. So, it's an all-around treatment which I feel na hiyang na hiyang sa akin.
"And, I like it because laging dehydrated ang skin ko from all the work that I do, the constant make-up on my face, pagtanggal, so it's very damaging on the skin, but Zaffiro always helps hydrate it."
The Zaffiro Treatment is a non-invasive procedure that combines hydro-exfoliation or water peeling with infrared thermo-lifting to hydrate and tighten the skin.

Adding entertainment to the festivities, Julie Anne San Jose and composer Anya Lagman performed "Golden Glow," the official theme song of Avignon Clinic.

Esang de Torres and Kai Montinola also gave their rendition of "For Good" from the hit musical Wicked.

Guests were treated to a special performance by TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan, who sang their chart-topping love song "Palagi."

Meanwhile, Barbie Forteza, Fyang Smith, and Kira Balinger hosted segments of the program.

Among the other celebrities and personalities spotted at the launch were Janice de Belen, Jason Dy, Kyla, Jameson Blake, Ralph de Leon, Michael Sager, Andrea Torres, Bella Ysmael, Kat Llegado, Winwyn Marquez, Ingrid Santamaria, Meiji Cruz, Bianca King, Charmaine Lagman, Pinky Tobiano, Conn Cruz, Fabio Ide, Oliver Eugen Kretz, Kenneth Cabungcal, Kenneth Marcelino, and OPM band 1621.
