Mariel Padilla called the intimate party she organized earlier, September 3, the "baby shower of my dreams."
Her husband Robin Padilla however quipped it was her debut because the styling, dominated by white, was ethereal.
Styled by Mariel's sister Kaye Garcia and inspired by the hashtag #BabyMozartAngel, it used white Japanese lanterns, clouds, flowers, notes, and angel's wings as accents.

To Mariel, it was "perfect."
Meanwhile, at the event, the couple chose to announce the name of their baby.
It was the action star/host himself who picked Maria Isabella.

This month, Mariel is set to leave for Delaware, U.S.A., where she will give birth by third week of November.
When asked about her cravings, Mariel answered "buko pie." She eats four pies in a week.
The guest list included people "who became an important part of my life," said the mommy-to-be.

Mariel's co-hosts in the defunct TV5 show Wowowillie came: Camille Villar, Shalani Soledad-Romulo, and Rufa Mae Quinto.

Rufa Mae brought her fiance Trevor Magallanes.

Jasmine Curtis Smith arrived with her beau Jeff Ortega.
She became close to Robin and Mariel in 2014, the year she starred in Robin's film Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo.

Jasmine and Jeff joined one of the games.

Richard Gutierrez, Sarah Lahbati, and their son Zion were also spotted.
