Lucho celebrated his 6th birthday on October 7.
The boy received the warmest greetings from his parents Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo on their respective Instagram accounts.
How did he celebrate his birthday?
Judy Ann said in an earlier interview, “Of course, there's a normal birthday cake blowing and we ask them what they like.”
However, she was quick to add that she and Ryan never spoil their kids even if it's their birthday.
The celebrity mom explained, “Hindi namin sila sinasanay na palaging may party kasi not all the time naman, party lagi ang dapat gawin.
“We just ask them where to do it, very simple lang.
“Then, we ask them what they want for their birthday.
“Pero ang kapalit no'n, kapag mataas ang grades nila sa school.
“Makukuha nila ang top choice nila. Pero kapag hindi, doon lang tayo sa tier three.”
In a separate interview, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked Ryan his birthday wish for Lucho.
He smiled and said, “I don't know if I could tell you that. But we've talked about that.
“Yung gusto niyang gift, I'm kinda proud. I'm actually discussing with his ninongs and ninangs how to cut it down.”
Although the family usually does simple celebrations, Lucho's sixth birthday was extra special because a children's party was organized by Lactum 3+ at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura Premier in Taguig City, last Saturday, October 1.
Aside from Nanay Judy Ann, Tatay Ryan, Ate Yohan, and Baby Luna, the event was also attended by kids who were beneficiaries of the milk brand that Lucho and his mom are endorsing.
Judy Ann particularly liked the fun games and activities which had Lucho interact with other kids.
“Basically, it's Lucho meeting all the other kids, who's been a Lactum 3+ kid.
“Lactum kid silang lahat, from Yohan to Lucho.
“I want them to see the children na natulungan din ng Lactum,” she said.
The event also featured an interactive playground set-up for the kids. It was called the "future park."
“Gusto ko na na-engage nito 'yong pagiging active niya [Lucho],” said Judy Ann.
“Gusto ko 'yong future park kasi lahat ng bata ngayon, mahilig sa video games. So para i-incorporate mo ang education sa video games, I think that's a very, very bright idea."
The actress/host resumed, “Gusto ko 'yong part na nagko-coloring, then, it comes as a 3D thing.
“Kahit ako as a parent, excited ako na magkaroon ng ganun kasi pati ako, natututo.
“Also, the kids are engaged into doing things na hindi lang basta nakakapanood ng kung anuman sa Internet or Google.”
