Candy Magazine held its first-ever Candy Teen Con at the SMX Convention Center in SM Mall of Asia on October 29. Spotted were (L-R) Andrea Brillantes, Ylona Garcia, and Alexa Ilacad.

Candy Magazine started off their Halloween weekend with the first-ever Candy Teen Con at the SMX Convention Center in SM Mall of Asia on October 29.

Candy Girls spent the day surrounded by good food, good music, and good-looking Candy Cuties.

One of the performers was Candy magazine's November 2016 cover girl Andrea Brillantes.

The 13-year-old teen actress advised Candy Girls to find their confidence from within, "Hindi kasi maganda kung galing sa iba. Dapat galing sa iyo confidence mo, para kahit anong mangyari, buo ka pa din."

Alexa Ilacad recently released her own album under Star Music.

The recording was a dream come true for the Candy Girl.

She performed her carrier single "Pakipot, Suplado" which was inspired by her character in the defunct teen series Luv U and her love team with Nash Aguas.

"Siyempre, hindi mawawala si Nash kasi siya lang naman iyong naging experience ko sa crush and all, pero meron din akong song for Enchong Dee /Justin Bieber, iyong mga songs na pangarap lang."

Backstage, she told the members of the press, "Singing is really my passion, so I'm happy that I'm able to pursue it, and I'm able to show the world na I can do more than just act."

Songs included in the album were mostly original and based on the teen star's personal experiences.

Ylona Garcia was one of the anticipated acts in Candy Teen Con 2016.

She performed her single "Dahan dahan dahan lang."

Along with fellow Candy Girl Andrea, the former PBB teen housemate also graced the cover of this month's issue of Candy magazine.

"Knowing I would be on the cover of Candy, I was like 'Woah! My gosh!'

"It' s like being on the cover of Vogue!

"It's so overwhelming for me because I've always wanted to be in a cover because, you know, my idol for modeling, you know, I love her style.

"Kendall Jenner, she's my idol for that stuff."

Meanwhile, Jack Reid made a brief appearance at the Teen Con and thanked the magazine for giving him a project with his brother James.

His next goal is to become more visible on television.

"I would like to pursue acting, a little bit dancing. Just a little bit of every thing, try one out."

This year's batch of Candy Cuties.

Starstruck Season 6's Ultimate Male Survivor Migo Adecer made it to this year's Candy Cuties. After the meet and greet session with Candy Girls, he serenaded the young ladies.

On being a Candy Cutie, Migo told (Philippine Entertainment Portal) backstage, "Medyo weird, e. I never pictured myself as being candy, candy for the eyes. I get it naman.

"I think everyone can be a Candy Cutie naman, to be honest. I won't say, like, everyone thinks you have to be really cute, like everyone's really good-looking in their own little way."

Meanwhile, Jericho Rosales's 15-year-old son Santino Rosales was also a Candy Cutie.

When asked if he's finally entering showbiz, Santino quickly said no.

"I'm never going into showbiz. It's just not for me. I'm not gonna take a job that I don't love doing."

His interests were more into football and business. He would also want to try modeling just like his mom.

Other celebrities spotted at the Candy Teen Con 2016 were Sue Ramirez who advised the Candy Girls to prioritize their studies over the Candy Cuties.

Star Magic's Kira Balinger, who revealed that she was discovered by a talent scout while she and her mom were having vanilla ice cream in a mall.

Former PBB housemate Richard Juan, who also performed on stage

Candy Cutie Tommy Esguerra hosted the event.
