Thirteen days to go before Karel Marquez and her fiance Sean Farinas exchange "I Dos."
Come December 1, the bride-to-be will finally have "to work full time everyday," because aside from being a hands-on mom to her two kids, she is going to be a devoted wife.
Meanwhile, Sean had his first suit fitting a day ago.
How was it?
On Instagram, he wrote, "There will only be a few minor adjustments!!!"
Included in their last-minute errands was releasing their wedding invitations.
Why so late?
It was only three days ago that she was able to find calligraphers.
"Thank you soooooo much, @calligraph.em and her friend @joelymermadrid, for coming to my house for three consecutive days, just to beautifully write all our guests' names on each special envelope, made with love.
"Thank you for sharing your calligraphy skills for our invites."
One of the artists even made "a cute calligraphy art for me that says, 'Counting down the days til 'I DO.'"
Karel started her countdown on the last week of October.
Good thing she already asked their guests to save the date.
"What the power of social media can do," she remarked on Instagram.
In an exclusive Facebook chat with Karel, she mentioned that she had about six months to prepare for the wedding.
Sean and Karel have been together for three years, before he finally popped the question on May 6, 2016.
She said, "After two weeks, I booked everything na."
While some brides think weddings usually entail "one-year planning," the actress said it was not really about having so much time.
The future Mrs. Farinas advised, "Stick to what you want, just like sticking to your fiance."
