Piolo Pascual held a pre-birthday charity treat at the Justice Jose Abad Santos High School in Binondo, Manila on Sunday, January 8.
His actual 40th birthday is on January 12.
Around 5,000 families from Tondo were treated to a special concert, featuring the birthday boy and fellow Kapamilya artists.
